Some time ago our star-developer, Chris Holland, approached me with some preliminary concepts for a Dashboard shopping widget. After hearing only a brief explanation of his concept, I quickly formed an interest in contributing to the graphical design of it. That evening, I loaded up Adobe Photoshop and quickly began work on the widget's design.

Several weeks later, after much hard work, Chris has officially deployed his masterpiece to the public as the EarthLink Shopping Widget.

I'm very pleased with the careful balance of information versus aesthetics that the widget plays out. Without a doubt, this widget has both beauty and brains. In my opinion, it has triumphantly succeeded in its overall goal of providing a comfortable flow to the otherwise convoluted comparison-shopping experience.
